NAI Hanson Announces $1.45-Million Sale of Office Property in Midland Park, N.J.
NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced the sale of 1 Godwin Avenue, a 15,200-square-foot, free standing office building in Midland Park, N.J.
Frasco Realty purchased the property for $1.45 million from 1 Godwin Avenue Associates, with both parties represented in the transaction by NAI Hanson Associate Vice President Dominic Fittizzi.
Ideally located, 1 Godwin Avenue is accessible to major New Jersey highways and is just seconds from Valley Hospital and mass transit, including commuter rail lines to New York City. It is also near a host of lifestyle amenities such as shopping and dining.
Features of the property include a built-in file storage facility and an abundance of parking.
“The buyer was attracted to this building due to its location in affluent Northwest Bergen County on the Ridgewood border,” Fittizzi said. “Additionally, the property features excellent parking, which is extremely important in this part of New Jersey.”
