NAI Elliott Selected to Manage Killian Pacific Commercial Real Estate Portfolio
Killian Pacific has tapped NAI Elliott to manage 26 commercial properties in its portfolio. This portion of the Killian Pacific portfolio includes approximately 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial space with over 200 tenants throughout Oregon and Washington. Notable properties include Portland’s Clay Creative Building, Sunrise Business Center in Clackamas, and Vancouver’s Grand Central Shopping Center.

NAI Elliott began management for the Killian Pacific portfolio March 1st, 2018. The portfolio will be managed by a NAI Elliott team lead by Julie Scott, a Portland-area property management veteran, who is rejoining NAI Elliott to work on the new assignment. She will be assisted by Tristan Barnett, who formerly worked directly for Killian Pacific on this portfolio of properties.
