NAI Cummins Completes 5 Transactions in the New Year!

Bob and Scott Raskow / NAI Cummins represented the Buyer for the former JW Congregation church. The 6,480 sq ft building is going to be converted into the new offices for a local firm that specializes in multi-regional educational programs for high-risk students and diverse learning styles not being addressed by traditional public school systems.
NAI Cummins recently represented the Seller in the purchase of a 1.92-acre site on South Main Street, Coventry Twp. Bob and Scott Raskow worked with the Buyer to get a conditional use zoning variance so that the property could be utilized for the Buyers construction company offices, along with his addition of a new storage warehouse to be added on the site.
NAI Cummins completed the sale of a 3 unit retail/Investment property on Warrensville Center Road. The property was 100% occupied and was purchased by a local investor. Bob Raskow and Scott Raskow represented the out of state Seller in the transaction.
Bob and Scott Raskow leased a 2,070 sq ft office unit located in Twinsburg, Oh. The unit is undergoing a complete renovation to accommodate the new tenant, a local IT firm specializing in software solutions for local and international clients.
Gilcher Chiropractic utilized Scott and Bob Raskow to assist in a search for a new location for their practice. They were able to secure a new home for Gilcher at the office complex located at 2717 S. Arlington. Bob and Scott represented the landlord, a local investor. With this latest tenant in place, there is only one unit still available for lease.
