NAI CIR Shares 5 Transactions Representing Clients such as, James Vending, Inc. and Associated PA Constructors

 

Odyssey Environmental Services, Inc. purchased a 10,500 SF flex building at 1111 Gap View Road, Middle Paxton Township. Odyssey Environmental Services, Inc. provides field services to environmental and engineering professionals. The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR represented the sellers, Kerry and Michele Pae in this transaction. Pete Gerula of Remax 1st Advantage represented Odyssey Environmental Services, Inc.

 

Family Practice Center, P.C., a healthcare services business, has leased 2,400 SF of office space at 30 E. Shady Lane, East Pennsboro Township. The building is owned by Michael Bennese (Bennese Properties) – owner and operator of Synchrony ChiroCare.  The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR handled the transaction.

 

James Vending, Inc., a full-service vending company, has leased 4,800 SF of flex space at 5060 Ritter Road, Suite A-1, Upper Allen Township. The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR represented James Vending, Inc. and Drew Bobincheck of Landmark Commercial Realty represented Brickbox Investments, LLC, the property owner.

 

Cram, Inc., a faith-based human and social services agency, purchased a 17,327 SF office building at 1821 Fulton Street in the City of Harrisburg. The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR handled the transaction.

 

Duquesne Light Company has leased 876 SF of office space at 800 N Third Street in the City of Harrisburg. Duquesne Light Company provides energy services to southwestern Pennsylvania. The Bill Gladstone Group of NAI CIR represented the property owner, Associated PA Constructors. Patrick Sentener, SIOR of Colliers International, Pittsburgh, represented Duquesne Light Company.
