NAI Carolantic Realty Broker Receives TCREW Powerhouse Award
RALEIGH, NC - April 25, 2017 - Triangle CREW held its annual Champion Awards event today and presented the Powerhouse Award to NAI Carolantic Realty broker Moss Withers, SIOR. The award is presented to an individual in the commercial real estate industry who demonstrated extraordinary work volume in the previous year. The 19th Annual Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women's (TCREW) Champion Awards luncheon, held at Embassy Suites in Cary, NC, was attended by more than 575 business leaders.
WRAL Anchor Lynda Loveland, the event's master of ceremonies, told the crowd Mr. Withers documented 200 sale and lease transactions in 2015 and 2016 totaling over $120 million. Ms. Loveland also told the audience about several of his awards, including the 40 Under 40 Award from Triangle Business Journal, and his enthusiastic participation with local nonprofits.

Mr. Withers joined NAI Carolantic in 2009 and specializes in land and investment sales. He earned his MBA from North Carolina State University, and his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University with a triple major in Economics, Finance, and Risk & Insurance.
