NAI Capital Represents Seller, Civic Rogers, LLC in Transaction that Brings Krispy Kreme to Victorville, California


Victorville, CA, Wednesday, December 30, 2015– Senior Vice President Vicki R Donkin with NAI Capital represented the seller Civic Rogers, LLC on the sale of a 1.23 acre parcel. The buyer was Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. The sale price was undisclosed.

Krispy Kreme based out of Winston-Salem, North Carolina will open its latest location in California. The site is part of the premier Desert Oasis Plaza power center planned in Victorville, CA. The parcel and future Krispy Kreme doughnut shop sits between existing In-n-Out and Panda Express fast food restaurants adjacent to Interstate 15 at the Roy Rogers interchange. Krispy Kreme plans to make it a drive-thru and anticipates that the shop will be ready to open by mid-summer 2016.

Donkin said, “This site presented Krispy Kreme with the best location for development to buy in the city of Victorville. The deal took some time. I started marketing this location to Krispy Kreme in late 2013, entered escrow November 2014, and closed December of 2015.”
