NAI Capital Negotiates 9,201 SF Lease on Behalf of Digital Supply Chain Company BitMAX
Los Angeles, CA, January 8, 2018– Executive Vice President, Director Tenant Consulting Group Michael Arnold of the NAI Capital’s West Los Angeles office negotiated a long term, 9,201 square foot, lease on behalf of Bitmax LLC at 959 North Seward Street, Los Angeles, California. The owner, JH Snyder Company was represented by First Property Realty Corporation in the transaction.
