NAI Capital Completes Single-Tenant Investment Sale Of Pollo Campero Fast Food Restaurant

Los Angeles, CA, Tuesday, May 02, 2017– Executive Vice President, Sheri Messerlian with NAI Capital’s Torrance office along with Glenn Matsushima of Matsushima Realty completed a single tenant investment sale of a 4,025 square foot Pollo Campero restaurant in Van Nuys, Calif. The seller, SKG Investments, LLC, was represented by Messerlian and Matsushima in the transaction. The buyer was Sid & THOM LLC. The transaction totaled $3.65 million or $906.83 per square foot at a 5.63% cap.

The Pollo Campero property is located at 7249 Van Nuys Boulevard. It is situated at the southwest corner of Van Nuys Boulevard and Wyandotte Street, along a strong retail corridor with numerous national retailers. The building constructed in 1999, as freestanding drive through fast food restaurant, sits on a retail pad as part of a vibrant shopping center that houses Super King market, Habit Burger, and other retailers. The property is 100% leased to a Pollo Campero local area franchisee.

Pollo Campero is a highly successful quick-casual restaurant concept serving authentic Latin flavor dishes and is considered the home of Authentic Latin Chicken. It is the largest Latin chicken restaurant in the world. There are more than 67 locations in the U.S. and more than 300 Pollo Campero restaurants around the world.
