NAI Capital Arranges a 10-Year Lease With Valencia Pharmacy at Henry Mayo Hospital in Santa Clarita


Santa Clarita, CA Tuesday, September 29, 2015 Vice President Randy Cude, Senior Vice President Scott Crane and Senior Vice President, Director of Health Care Services Group Peter J. Lund, all with NAI Capital, arranged a 10 year lease on behalf Valencia Pharmacy at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital Campus in Santa Clarita, Calif. Lund, Cude and Crane, also represented the landlord Health Care REIT. The lease totalled 2,483 square feet.


Established in 1975, Henry Mayo Memorial Hospital is part of one of the leading health care systems in the United States. It is a 238-bed, not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center.  Its emergency department is open 24-7 with a panel of physicians, both specialists and subspecialists available around the clock. “Valencia Pharmacy is a natural fit to Henry Mayo Hospital’s new cooperative agreement between the hospital and the private pharmacy for their “meds to beds” delivery program,” said Cude.         


Valencia Pharmacy has been serving the Santa Clarita Valley since 1974. It has become the recognized one-stop source for the community's healthcare needs. It is a full service pharmacy with a medical equipment showroom that is the largest in the Santa Clarita Valley. Valencia Pharmacy will open for service, next to the hospital, in January 2016. This location will mark its fourth location in the Santa Clarita Valley.
