Los Angeles, CA, Wednesday, July 12, 2017 – NAI Capital opens a Downtown LA office led by Executive Managing Director Joseph Faulkner. The new office is a key addition for the firm’s presence in Los Angeles, as NAI Capital adds one of the top central business districts in the U.S. to its service coverage.
Downtown LA is undergoing an unprecedented Renaissance. Over the past decade and a half an estimated $30 billion has been invested in Downtown Los Angeles. Wilshire Grand Center, the first new office tower constructed in Downtown in over 30 years just opened its doors in the Financial District. The $1 billion, 73-story project is the tallest building west of the Mississippi. Downtown is turning into a vibrant 24/7 live, work, play destination, a beacon for conventions, sports, entertainment and corporate headquarters.
