Questis, a rapidly growing Charleston company specializing in financial wellness software amplified by personalized coaching, relocated from its previous location at 12 Bull Street to 95 Cannon Street. Originally a doctor’s office constructed in the 1950s, 95 Cannon Street was transformed into a modern, sustainable tech space by the former tenant, Fuzzco.
The building’s exterior replicates the original 1950s metal siding and includes ample on-site parking. The interior showcases wooden walls and an open-office layout with exposed ceilings, skylights, an abundance of greenery, creative installations and a combination of industrial and wood floors. Catering to progressive tenants, the loft-style space presents a collaborative environment with bar-top work stations, cubical alcoves for one-on-one brainstorming, a full kitchen, a game room and an outdoor deck.
