NAI Alliance Welcomes Ben Nelson, VP Multi-Family Properties
RENO, NEVADA – January 2018– NAI Alliance, a leading premier commercial real estate brokerage firm in Reno, Nevada, announced today that Ben Nelson has joined the firm as Vice President, Multi-Family Properties. In this role, he will assist clients with acquiring and disposing of multi-family investment properties, including broker opinion of values, multi-family portfolios, financing options, and 1031 Exchanges.

Ben has significant experience in commercial real estate, particularly in investment properties. He joins NAI Alliance from Marcus & Millichap, where he was a broker specializing in investments. Before his shift into commercial real estate, Ben spent his early career in advertising and marketing with such industry leaders as Gannett Company, Inc., Dow Jones & Company, YESCO, and Ticor Title. His diverse experience leaves him well equipped to assist NAI Alliance clients in meeting their investment real estate goals.
In addition to his professional acumen, Ben also brings with him a dedication to community involvement. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Reno, EDAWN, and Big Brothers, Big Sisters (both as a Board Member as well as a Big Brother). He is also past Vice Chair of Board of Directors, Junior Achievement of Northern Nevada.
