Resource Realty has announced the relocation of Microelettrica Scientifica, USA to the International Trade Center. The company is known world-wide for their state of the art electromechanical and electronic components and systems for rail vehicles, traction power and energy and industry applications. Since 2005, Microelettrica Scientifica has been part of Knorr-Bremse Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles.
In considering a facility in which to relocate, it was critical to find a building that had the infrastructure to support the leasehold improvements that the Tenant would require, as well as the image and environment to match the strict standards that this European company requires in all their facilities around the world.
Recently renovated to include a new roof, new tailgate loading doors with levelers and dock equipment, and T-5 energy efficient lighting, this location has many amenities, including a Wyndham Garden Hotel located in the park, a child care facility and a health club located in the park and both Federal Express and UPS customer service facilities located within the center. The International Trade Center is also located in the New Jersey Foreign Trade Zone.
Resource Realty worked tirelessly, touring multiple counties with the Tenant to find a facility that would accommodate the Tenant’s current workforce, geographically, as well as have the space, curb appeal and functionality to expand their operation.
