Morgan / Harbour Completes Office Build-Out for Hanley Wood
(Woodridge, Ill.) – Morgan / Harbour is pleased to announce that the firm has completed an office build-out for the Chicago offices of the national design and construction media firm, Hanley Wood in Rosemont, Illinois.
Relocating from another location within the O’Hare market, Hanley Wood selected Morgan / Harbour to complete the build-out of their new offices within Columbia Centre I at 5600 N. River Road in Rosemont. The construction featured 8,200 square feet of improvements including new private offices with sidelights, conference rooms and a 3,600 square foot open work area. The new space also features new energy code compliant lighting controls. The project was completed in an expedited eight week time frame in order to accommodate Hanley Wood’s relocation.
Morgan / Harbour’s construction team included Vice President of Construction, Ben Warriner, Project Manager Jerry Hawkinson and Project Superintendent Mike Costanzo. Newman Architects provided the architectural services and Cushman & Wakefield represented Hanley Wood in the relocation.
