Montvale Community to Host “School’s Out” Block Party June 25th


Montvale, NJ, June 2016 – K. Hovnanian’s®The Reserve at Montvale, a popular townhome community on Upper Saddle River Road in Montvale, is hosting a “School’s Out” Block Party for homeowners, interested homebuyers and their families. The event will be held on Saturday afternoon, June 25th, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Block Party will provide an ideal opportunity for interested buyers to meet and mingle with existing homeowners, tour the community’s beautifully furnished and decorated model homes, and get to know more about this popular Bergen County neighborhood.
