Model Homes Debut at Signature Place at Garfield This Weekend
GARFIELD, N.J. (Jan. 9, 2013)— The reintroduction of two popular home designs at Signature Place at Garfield culminates this weekend, when the fast-selling townhome community will host a model grand opening event.
On Saturday, Jan. 12 and Sunday, Jan. 13, Centex, an award-winning brand of PulteGroup, invites prospective homebuyers to tour the community and celebrate the opening of its Belwood and Davenport model homes.
According to Matt Roesch, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s Northeast Corridor Division, the sought-after Belwood and Davenport designs will be available for move-in during the summer of 2013.
