Model Grand Opening Celebration May 14th at Lorain 55+ Community
Lorain, OH, April 2016 – Two new model homes are preparing to make their debut at K. Hovnanian’s®Morningside at Martin's Run, one of Lorain County’s most popular 55+ active-lifestyle communities. The new models, which feature all-new home designs, will open for the first time at a Model Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, May 14th from 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. During the event at Morningside, interested buyers and guests can be among the first to see and tour these beautifully furnished and decorated new model homes.
In addition, guests will be welcome to tour the community’s spectacular clubhouse, a 13,000-square-foot facility that includes a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities, meeting locations and fitness rooms for homeowners.
