ML Realty Partners Executes Three Leases in Carrollton, Texas
(Dallas, TX) – ML Realty Partners LLC is pleased to announce that the company has executed three leases totaling 96,010 square feet in its newest two-building Carrollton development, Crosby Trade Center, which was developed in partnership with Frontier Equity. The leases bring the Center, a 295,774 square foot, multi-tenant development to 32% leased. ML Realty Partners was represented by J. Scott More and Jim Brice of Holt Lunsford Commercial in all transactions.
“The execution of these leases is evidence of the strong demand we are seeing within the Valwood and DFW Airport submarkets,” said Matthew Smith, Vice President of ML Realty Partners. “We believe the momentum experienced in this leasing will continue as we actively market Crosby Trade Center as well as our other newest, 307,500 square foot development in Coppell, Texas: Park West Crossing.”
Business Solutions Transport (BST)leased the first 31,385 square feet of industrial space in the 110,920 square foot, north-end building at 1215 W. Crosby Road, Carrollton, Texas. Tyson Erwin of NAI Hiffman represented BST in the transaction.
Renewal by Andersonwill join BST at 1215 W. Crosby Road with a new lease for 32,179 square feet. Searcy Ferguson of CBRE represented Renewal by Anderson in the transaction.
Gunder Associatessigned a lease for 32,446 square feet in the 184,854 square foot, south-end building at 1215 W. Crosby Road. Curt Linn of Avison Young represented Gunder Associates in the transaction.
All three tenants chose Crosby Trade Center due to its first-class image and convenient access to I-635, I-35E, and George Bush Turnpike.
