The Missner Group Acquires 10 Acres in Aurora for 180,000 Square Foot Spec Warehouse
(Skokie, Illinois) – The Missner Group is pleased to announce the firm recently acquired a 10-acre parcel of land within Orchard 88 Business Park located at Orchard Road and I-88 in Aurora, Illinois.
The Missner Group is in the process of combining four parcels, originally intended for the development of smaller build-to-suit buildings, into one for the development of a larger building. The firm is underway on plans to develop an 180,000 square foot, 32 foot clear, precast and glass speculative industrial property. The building will be marketed for lease and suitable for one to four tenants.
