MISSISSAUGA, ON: Web4Realty, one of the fastest growing software providers for REALTORS® in Canada, has opened up applications for its first in-house incubator to help local startup companies grow their businesses.
“Our aim is to provide young startup software companies specializing in the real estate market, the resources and mentorship to grow, commercialize, and scale their businesses,” said Kosta Panagoulias, 28, one of the co-founders at Web4Realty.
Web4Realty aims to foster relationships with other companies in their industry, an initiative they feel will be positive for all parties, in an ever competitive landscape.
“We’re passionate about helping entrepreneurs in our community, and very excited to work with the brightest young minds in the industry,”, said Panagoulias.
In addition to offering free office space for 6 months, the Web4Realty incubator will also provide companies with:
- Extensive hands-on mentorship from their co-founders and industry experts
- Shared business resources and discounts
- Weekly sessions to help design, challenge, test and validate the business/concept
- Access to seed funding and venture capitalists
Earlier this year, Web4Realty was invited to be part of the first annual Angel Investor Networking Event, hosted by Mississauga’s Mayor Bonnie Crombie, and the Research Innovation Commercialization Centre (RIC). This event was an initiative to get thriving businesses in the community in front of several angel investors and support their growth.
In only four years, Kosta Panagoulias and his co-founder, Raza Khan, have grown Web4Realty into 12 full-time team members, with offices in two countries – all with no funding or access to capital. “Having access to industry experts with real experience is the most valuable and influential asset, which we now know is priceless. It’s something we want to pass on,” said Panagoulias.
Applications for the incubator are open until October 31st. You can learn more here.
