A mixed-use building at 105-20 Northern Boulevard, located between 105th and 106th Streetsin the Corona neighborhood of Queens, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $725,000.

The sale price equates to approximately $158 per square foot.
The property is located between 108th Street and Junction Boulevard, conveniently situated just blocks from the Grand Central Parkway and Grand Wyck Expressway.
