A mixed-use building at 341 Myrtle Avenue, located between Carlton Avenue and Adelphi Streetin Brooklyn’s Fort Greene neighborhood, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $950,000.
The three-story building contains approximately 3,369 square feet and sits on a 25’ x 99’ lot. It consists of a ground floor commercial tenant with the second and third floors currently vacant. Additionally, there are approximately 5,100 square feet of available air rights. The sale price equates to approximately $282 per square foot.
