The property has ample parking and storage and its industrial zoning gives flexibility for use. The property was delivered vacant, and the sale price equates to approximately $425 per square foot.
The site is ideally located just north of Northern Boulevard, two blocks west of Port Washington Boulevard. It is in close proximity to all North Shore areas as well as several highways and public transportation options.
