Massey Knakal Sells Commercial Condo in West Village

A commercial condominium at 41 Seventh Avenue South, located on the southeast corner of Seventh Avenue South between Morton and Leroy Streets in Manhattan’s West Village, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $1,868,000.

The condominium is located in The Luminary, a newly constructed luxury building.  The 3,412 square foot commercial space is positioned on three levels. The space, which benefits from a 421a tax abatement, has a rear sky light which filters light down to the two lower levels. The ground floor ceiling height reaches almost 12 feet, while the lower levels are 6 feet each. The space will be occupied by a hair salon.

“We were happy to assist in finding the ‘hand in glove fit’ buyer for this fabulous West Village location,” said Massey Knakal Partner James P. Nelson who exclusively represented the seller in this transaction.

Massey Knakal specializes in the sale of investment and user properties in the New York Metropolitan area. Since 1988, our agents have closed over 4,200 transactions having a market value in excess of $15 billion.
