Massey Knakal Sells Commercial Building In Flushing


A commercial building at 42-08 College Point Boulevard, located between Sanford and Maple Avenuesin the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $3,400,000.

The building consists of split-level floors containing approximately 4,050 square feet each, for a total of 8,100 square feet.  The upper level contains executive offices as well as open bull-pen style office space.  The lower level consists of office space as well as a work area.  The building was built in 1955 and remains in good condition.  The sale price equates to approximately $420 per square foot.

The property is ideally located in an area with high vehicular and foot traffic.  It is in close proximity to various modes of transportation including buses, subways, LIRR, and major roadways including the Van Wyck and Long Island Expressways.
