Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured three retail leases in a commercial townhouse at 19 East 66th Street, located between Fifth and Madison Avenues in Manhattan’s Upper East Side neighborhood. The three leases total approximately 5,800 square feet.
The five-story renovated building features iconic architecture, an elevator, and fourth floor terrace. The three leases were signed by art galleries. Dickinson Gallery renewed their lease for approximately 1,500 square feet on the second floor,Timothy Sammons renewed their lease for approximately 1,500 square feet on the third floor, and Blum and Poe became a new tenant on floors four and five, occupying approximately 2,800 square feet.
The building is ideally located just steps from Central Park, Museum Mile, and Madison Avenue shopping. Neighboring tenants include Hotel Plaza Athenee, Robert Marc, BlancPain, La Perla, Herve Ledger, J. Crew, and BCBG Maxazria.
“Through extensive marketing and negotiations we were able to renew two of the existing tenants, Dickinson and Sammons and secure a new ten-year lease with Blum and Poe,” said Massey Knakal’s Jill Lovatt, who exclusively represented the landlord in this transaction.
