Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new long-term lease for a retail space in a new luxury residential condominium at 101 West 87th Street(560-568 Columbus Avenue), located between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues in Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhood.
The site contains approximately 1,431 square feet on the ground floor with an additional 1,000 square feet of basement space. It benefits from approximately 25 feet of high visibility frontage on one of the most heavily foot trafficked blocks of Columbus Avenue. The site will be occupied by a private school.
This space is located within close proximity to bus stops and the 1, 2, and 3 subway lines at the 86th Street station. Neighboring retailers include Starbuck’s, Radio Shack, TD Bank, Chase Bank, Subway, Duane Reade, and Gristedes.
