Massey Knakal Secures Retail Net-Lease For Building In Fashion District / Times Square

Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a retail net-lease for 567 Seventh Avenue, located between West 40th and West 41st Streets in the Fashion District / Times Square section of Manhattan.

The four-story building contains approximately 4,000 square feet and sits on a 19.5’ x 60’ lot.  It benefits from excellent day/night foot traffic and approximately 20 feet of frontage on Seventh Avenue.  The site will be occupied by Paris Baguette, who was represented by Tony Park of PD Properties LLC. Neighboring retailers include McDonald’s, Office Depot, Ruby Tuesday and Red Lobster.

“After being vacant for six years, ownership was thrilled to sign up a tenant as qualified and respected as Paris Baguette,” said Massey Knakal Director of Retail Leasing Ryan Horvath, who exclusively represented the landlord with Executive Vice President of Retail Leasing Benjamin Fox.

Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services (MKRLS) is a focused retail leasing division whose goal is to ensure that every client obtains creditable tenants at the highest overall rental income. To accomplish this objective, the MKRLS team quickly and efficiently implements well-orchestrated marketing and leasing campaigns geared toward targeted groups of retail candidates.
