Massey Knakal Secures Retail Lease In Crown Heights


Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a retail lease for 1406 St. John’s Place, located between Schenectady and Utica Avenues in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The site contains approximately 650 square feet of ground floor space, plus basement space.  It benefits from approximately 17 feet of frontage on a heavy foot and auto trafficked block.  It has shared loading dock access with the large, well run MET Foodmarket next door. The site will be occupied by a hair salon.

The site is ideally located close to major mass transit routes.  The Crown Heights – Utica Avenue subway stop, which sees 8.5 million passengers annually, is just two blocks away, and the B46 bus route, the second busiest route in New York City, is less than a block away.
