Massey Knakal Secures New Lease For Upper West Side Retail Space


Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new long-term lease for a retail space at 110 West End Avenue, located between West 63rd and West 64th Streets in Manhattan’s Upper West Side neighborhood.

The site contains approximately 1,910 square feet on the ground floor with ten foot high ceilings.  It benefits from approximately 800 square feet of basement space and 30 feet of frontage on one of the busiest blocks of West End Avenue.  The site will be occupied by a nail salon and spa.

This space is located two blocks from the Lincoln Center subway station and just steps from bus stops.  Neighboring retailers include Western Beef, Subway Restaurant, River School and Hertz.
