Massey Knakal Secures New Lease For Prospect-Lefferts Gardens Space

Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new long-term lease for a space at 717 Flatbush Avenue, located between Clarkson and Parkside Avenues in Brooklyn’s Prospect-Lefferts Gardens neighborhood.

The column-free space contains approximately 1,800 square feet on the ground floor plus additional basement space.  It features approximately ten foot high ceilings and 20 feet of frontage located at an intersection with a stop light.  The site will be occupied by Baby City Food, Inc., a children’s store. 

This site presented a rare opportunity in an area with low vacancy and a mix of national, regional, and local retailers.  Neighboring tenants include Duane Reade, Popeye’s, Dunkin Donuts, T-Mobile, Subway, and Sneaker King.
