Massey Knakal Secures New Lease For Midtown West Retail Space


Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new retail tenant for 723 Eleventh Avenue, located between West 51st and West 52nd Streets in Manhattan’s Midtown West neighborhood.

The space contains approximately 1,800 square feet on the ground floor with ten-foot high ceilings and a large storefront with approximately 20 feet of frontage.  The space will be occupied by a hardware store.

Neighboring tenants include the studio of The Daily Show, Subway, American Retro Bar & Grill, Potamkin Auto Sales, Il Baretto, Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Kenneth Cole, and Mercedes Benz.

“This space is right in the heart of the rapidly transforming section of Midtown West that has been impacted by the rezoning of June 2011,” saidMassey Knakal’s Dylan Murphy, who exclusivelyrepresented the landlord in this transaction.  “The tenant will be providing hardware and household goods to the quickly growing residential community between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues while taking advantage of the increasing commercial density between Eleventh and Twelfth Avenues,” he continued.
