Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new lease for a medical space at 352 East 51st Street, located between First and Second Avenues in Manhattan’s Midtown East neighborhood.

The site contains approximately 950 square feet on the ground floor of a beautiful brownstone building that is undergoing a substantial renovation, including a new façade.  The site will be occupied by a dental office.

This space is situated amongst a dense population due to its close proximity to neighboring tenants including the United Nations, American Foundation for Children, Smith & Wollensky, The Smith, Deux Amis, Food Emporium, and D’Agostino’s.

“This space was zoned for community facility use, restricting it essentially to medical, educational, and religious uses.  In addition, its below-grade, side street location made it especially challenging to market. Ultimately, the landlord benefitted from multiple competing offers for the space and was able to secure a dentist with multiple practices who was looking to expand his practice” said Brendan Gotch, who exclusively represented the landlord, with Jill Lovatt.
