Massey Knakal Secures New Lease For Madison Avenue Corner Retail Space


Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new retail tenant for 1089 Madison Avenue, located on the corner of Madison Avenue and East 82nd Street in Manhattan’s Upper East Side neighborhood.

This luxury space contains approximately 1,450 square feet on the ground floor with nine foot high ceilings.  Located in the heart of the Madison Avenue corridor in Manhattan’s most affluent neighborhood, it benefits from approximately 46.5 feet of frontage on Madison Avenue and 35.5 feet on East 83nd Street.  The site will be occupied by a shoe store.

This site is in close proximity to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and neighboring tenants include Jonathan Adler, William Greenberg Desserts, Tumi, Vosges Haut-Chocolat, and Kimara Ahnert Makeup Studio.
