Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new retail tenant for 1407 Fulton Street, located between Tompkins and Marcy Avenues in Brooklyn’s Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood.
The space contains approximately 2,100 square feet on the ground floor with 12 foot high ceilings. It features approximately 30 feet of frontage along Bed-Stuy’s busiest retail corridor. The space will be occupied by a discount store.
This space is conveniently located in close proximity to public transportation, with the C train at Kingston Avenue 1.5 blocks away and the A and C trains at Nostrand Avenue three short blocks away. Neighboring tenants include Citibank, Applebee’s, Chase, Dunkin’ Donuts, Duane Reade, Burger King, and Foodtown.
“The Fulton Street retail corridor in Bed-Stuy has been improving dramatically over the past couple of years,” said Massey Knakal’s Andrew Clemens, who exclusively represented the landlord in this transaction. “While the more desirable blocks seem to be west of Nostrand Avenue, pioneering retailers can still find bargains farther east along the block,” he added.
