Massey Knakal Secures Lease For Retail Space In Greenwich Village

Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a retail lease for 92 West Houston Street, located between Thompson Street and LaGuardia Place in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village neighborhood. The space will be occupied by a new concept by the operators of Brooklyneer and Hill & Dale.

The ground floor bar/restaurant space contains approximately 1,800 square feet with up to 12 foot high ceilings and 19 feet of frontage. It features a full renovation that includes a brand-new kitchen, venting, and multi-level seating areas. The ground floor area is maximized with a substantial basement used for storage and prep space. A full liquor license is also in place.

Neighboring tenants include NYU, Starbucks, Dos Caminos, Rogue and Canon, Aroma Espresso Bar, Jane, and Arturo’s Pizzeria.

“This was a really unique space, but we identified a tenant who loves it for those distinctive aspects.  I can’t wait to visit when they open,” said Massey Knakal’s Brendan Gotch, who exclusively represented the landlord in this transaction.  The tenant was represented by Adrian Berger of Corner Commercial Real Estate.
