Massey Knakal Secures Lease For Greenwich Village Retail Space


Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has secured a new retail lease for 176 Bleecker Street, located between MacDougal and Sullivan Streets in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village neighborhood.

The space contains approximately 900 square feet on the ground floor with 11 foot high ceilings.  It benefits from an additional 600 square feet of basement space and 900 square feet of garden space.  It features 16 feet of frontage in a location with tremendous foot traffic, driven by a combination of local residents, tourists, and NYU students.  

Neighboring tenants include NYU, American Apparel, Bank of America, Capital One Bank, Chase Bank, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, CVS, and Duane Reade.
