Massey Knakal Retained Exclusively To Lease Greenwich Village Restaurant Space

Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services has been retained on an exclusive basis to secure a retail lease for 154 Bleecker Street, located between Thompson Street and LaGuardia Place in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village neighborhood.

This fully-vented, built-out restaurant space contains approximately 1,605 square feet on the ground floor with ten foot high ceilings.  It benefits from an additional 672 square feet of basement space and 25 feet of frontage. In an area with continuously increasing foot traffic, this space would be ideal for a number of tenants, and all uses would be considered.

“Given how this corridor continues to evolve, we would not be surprised to get a significant amount of interest here.  Very strong tenants have come to Bleecker Street en masse, as they always want to be at the heart of the Washington Square tourist and NYU student area,” said Brendan Gotch, Director of Retail Leasing. This space is just one block from NYU’s proposed 2 million square foot expansion.  Neighboring tenants include Capital One Bank, Duane Reade, The Bitter End, CVS, and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

For more information, please contact Brendan Gotch at 212.696.2500.
