HOUSTON, Texas, 2016 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has hired Hande “Heidi” Castiglione to join the firm’s National Multi Housing Group (NMHG), in Houston. Heidi has been in the multifamily investment business as a broker and investor since 2008.

“We’re excited to have Heidi join the team and expand the Marcus & Millichap footprint throughout the region,” says David Luther, first vice president/regional manager of the firm’s Houston office. “Her experience in the industry will be of great benefit to our clients.”

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Heidi worked at LS Realty Advisors, Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, Coca-Cola and owned her own import company, Sophistic, where she gained extensive knowledge of business development, sales, marketing and client relations. She holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Bosphorus/Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey.  Heidi also has served on the Board of Directors for the Turkish American Association for Business and is a member of the Rotary Club of Houston, while performing in several different capacities for both organizations including Managing Director and Committee Chair.
