LIVINGSTON, TEXAS, January 17, 2018 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Dollar Tree Plaza, a 28,653-square-foot retail property located at 1750 West Church Street in Livingston, Texas, according to Craig R. Swanson, regional manager of the firm’s Austin office.
Richard A. Mireles, senior associate and Michael Buckner, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Ahmed Kabani, first vice president investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office.
Built in 2010, Dollar Tree Plaza sits in the major retail corridor of Livingston, Texas as a Walmart Supercenter outparcel.
