LAREDO, 2017 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Taco Bell Ground Lease, a 2,506-square foot net-leased property located in Laredo, Texas, according to David H. Luther, first vice president/district manager of the firm’s Houston office.
James H. Bell, first vice president investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, and John Glass, executive managing director investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer.
The Taco Bell Ground Lease, located at 2453 Monarch Drive in Laredo, is an outparcel to a 400,000 square foot power center, anchored by a H-E-B Plus grocery store. The buyer was from Chicago, Illinois.
