Luther, first vice president/ regional manager of the firm’s The Woodlands office. The asset had a list price of $1,829,500.
Nate Newman in Marcus & Millichap’s The Woodlands office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The property received multiple qualified offers and was ultimately sold to a national self-storage operator. The property is located at 33327 Egypt Lane in Magnolia, one parcel removed from the hard corner of Egypt Lane and FM 1488, sandwiched between The Home Depot and Target.
