Mack-Cali Sells Rockland County, New York, Commercial Office Property
Edison, New Jersey—June 30, 2014—Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that it has sold its commercial office property located at 400 Rella Boulevard in Montebello, New York, for approximately $28.3 million. The three-story, 195,375-square-foot office building is 75.8 percent leased. This property represented Mack-Cali’s sole asset in Rockland County.
Mack-Cali was represented in the transaction by Jeffrey Prezant of Cushman & Wakefield.
