World-Class Packaging Company Signs Lease for 60,000 SF at 325 Duffy Avenue
SYOSSET, N.Y. – (March 18, 2013) – Long Island Industrial, which owns and operates a mixed portfolio of commercial properties across Long Island, today announced that Chesapeake Pharmaceuticals, an international packaging company, has signed a long-term lease to occupy 60,000 square feet at 325 Duffy Avenue in Hicksville.

With this new lease singed by Chesapeake, the 96,000-square-foot industrial building at 325 Duffy remains fully leased. The multi-tenant property sits on 6.6 acres in close proximity to Hicksville Station, the Long Island Expressway, Northern State and Wantagh Parkways, providing immediate access to all transportation routes.
