SCOTTSDALE – December 12, 2016 – Levrose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide has completed the sale of a commercial building in Old Town Scottsdale. ChurchPlace, Inc. bought the rare standalone building at 3625 N. Marshall Way in Scottsdale, AZ for $1.8 million. The seller was World Trade Investments, LLC.
