Liberty Travel, America's most renowned retail travel company, is set to join the retail mix at The Hills Village Center in Bedminster, N.J., leasing 1,853 square feet, according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the property. Located in the heart of Somerset County, the 109,800-square-foot center is among the area's premier shopping destinations.

Levin was represented by Marcia Minton, and Anthony Schilling with Relocation Realty served as the tenant's broker in the transaction.

"Liberty Travel will offer local residents a great option for saving time and money when booking their next vacation," said Minton. "This tenant represents a great addition that will further enhance the family-friendly, contemporary atmosphere at The Hills Village Center. The retailer is excited about expanding its Somerset County presence in such a well-located center."

For more than 60 years, Liberty Travel has been a name synonymous with travel in America, providing personalized travel planning and insight into the latest travel trends and destinations. The brand prides itself on its tremendous product line, expansive industry knowledge and one-on-one customer service.

The retailer joins a diverse tenant roster that includes an expanded Kings Supermarket and CVS/pharmacy, as well as other retail, dining and service tenants such as Starbucks, Peapack-Gladstone Bank, McGrath's Hardware, Great Clips, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Cold Stone Creamery, Cherrybrook Pet Supplies, Verizon, The UPS Store, GNC, Subway, Yamataro Japanese restaurant and Somerset Valley Urgent Care.

An ideal retail environment for a wide range of tenants, The Hills Village Center is located on Route 202/206 just off Route 287 in "The Hills," one of New Jersey's largest and most successful master-planned communities. The center is the retail component of the 5,200-unit residential development. The area has an average annual household income of $169,690 within a five-mile radius. Current leasing opportunities include 3,000 square feet of retail and 2,300 square feet for office use.

"The Hills Village Center is located in one of the wealthiest parts of New Jersey," said Michael Cohen, Levin's vice president of leasing. "Over the years we have added a quality mix of national, regional and local retailers and restaurateurs to complement the center's original roster of service tenants, making it a one-stop shopping destination for local residents as well as those from surrounding communities."

Levin Management is one of the nation's leading retail real estate services firms, with a strong focus in the northeastern United States and an owner's approach to the business. Today, the North Plainfield, N.J., company offers a full range of services for a diverse portfolio of approximately 95 properties and more than 13 million square feet.
