LEE & ASSOCIATES - TOM DAVIDSON HOSTED PRESS CONFERENCE FOR NEW LOMPOC INDUSTRIAL PARK
PRESS CONFERENCE FOR NEW INDUSTRIAL PARK IN LOMPOC
Friday, December 20, 2013, 10:00 A.M.
1401 West Central Avenue
Please join Lompoc Mayor John Linn, Developer Mike Penrod, and Tom Davidson of Lee & Associates for a press conference regarding the future of a new industrial park in Lompoc.
The representatives of the property owners, Chad and Mike Penrod of the McGaelic Group, submitted plans on December 6, 2013 with the City of Lompoc to build a business/industrial park on approximately 40 acres off of Central Avenue and V Street. Through the project, 12 entitled lots will be zoned for business park and industrial business. The project will initially include finished lots with all infrastructure for sale, build-to-suit industrial buildings for sale or lease, and industrial buildings for lease. The property is conveniently located next to the Lompoc Airport and several lots will have direct access to the airport.
While the project works through the entitlement process, which is expected to be approved in 2014, the development team and their broker, Tom Davidson, of Lee and Associates will aggressively market the property to businesses looking to locate in the new industrial park. Businesses can join the likes of DenMat, Raytheon, Epic Cooling, Pali Winery and many other businesses that now call Lompoc home.
For more information about the new industrial park, please contact Tom Davidson at 805-588-7777. For information about doing business in the City of Lompoc, please contact Teresa Gallavan, Interim City Administrator, at 805-875-8212.
