Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $8.1 Million Industrial Lease on Behalf of M2 Ingredients

CARLSBAD, Calif.November 5, 2015—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a 120-month lease for a 64,041 square-foot industrial space located at 3193 Lionshead Avenue in Carlsbad, California. The value of the lease is approximately $8,160,254.

Tim Moore, Senior Vice President of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the tenant, M2 Ingredients, a grower and processor of organic mushrooms found in nutritional supplements and their own line of human and pet products. The landlord, SR Commercial, was represented by Aric Starck of Cushman & Wakefield.    
   

“The recent expansion into the location on Lionshead is emblematic of the increasing media attention and public interest M2 Ingredients has received in the last year,” noted Moore. “Over the last year, they have expanded into two locations, occupying a combined total of 84,856 square feet”. In 2014, Moore represented M2 Ingredients in the lease negotiation of 20,815 square feet at 5931 Priestly Drive in Carlsbad.
