Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $1.05 Million Industrial Lease on Behalf of Core Supplement Technology


OCEANSIDE, Calif.August 19, 2015—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a $1,056,520 transaction for five-year lease at 2614-2616 Temple Heights Drive. The 26,200 square-foot industrial building features a 2,700 foot mezzanine, 3,200 square-feet of second story office space, five dock doors and two grade level doors.

Rusty Williams and Chris Roth, principals of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the landlord, Golden Globe Group. Palomar Commercial represented the tenant, Core Supplement Technology, a local nutritional formulation and manufacturing firm. 

Roth noted, “The tenant occupies a building two doors down from this building so it worked out perfectly for them and the landlord is pleased as they have a successful company in place for years to come.”
