Commercial real estate services firm Lee & Associates, taking another step in its aggressive growth strategy, has established a footprint in Ohio with the opening of a new office in Cleveland. Expect it to expand from there.
“Our expansion effort is focused on key markets, but requires the leadership of top professionals,” Jeffrey Rinkov, CEO of Lee & Associates, told Commercial Property Executive. “Our leadership group in Cleveland is outstanding, and we hope to duplicate our success there in other key Ohio markets for the benefit of our regional and national client base.”
The company formed the Ohio office when it joined forces with three heavy hitters in the Ohio and Cleveland real estate markets: Bradley Coven, hailing from Coven-Goldman Associates; industry veteran Jeremy Steiger; and Joseph Greenberg of Greenberg Real Estate Advisors. Together, they are tasked with spearheading Lee & Associates’ growth in Cleveland, home to the firm’s seventh office in the Midwest.
“We are aggressively pursuing expansion strategically in select markets throughout the country,” Rinkov noted. “Expansion in Ohio has been and continues to be a goal. Our Midwest presence is enhanced by our expansion in Ohio and allows us to better serve our clients in that region.”
Lee & Associates’ national growth plan has touched on various cities across the country this year. The company recently opened offices in New York, New Jersey, Baltimore, Florida’s Naples/Ft. Myers market, Charleston and Greenville, S.C., Atlanta, Indianapolis and Kansas City. And there’s more to come.
“While this year is rapidly coming to a close, we will have additional office openings to announce this year,” Rinkov added. “Our strategic expansion program is focused on larger, national markets that will continue to strengthen our market-leading national network.” Rinkov didn’t share details on the firm’s next office opening, but disclosed that he anticipates that the rest of the year will bring a new Lee & Associates presence in the Mountain Region and the Southwest. After all, it’s only August.
